# Required build quality gates

Every downloadable or deployed build includes:

1. `robots.txt`: User-agent *; Allow /; exact production Sitemap URL. No global crawler block.
2. Every HTML document: explicit index,follow; UTF-8; viewport; unique title and description; canonical matching its route. The 404 error document stays out of the content sitemap and must be served with a real HTTP 404 status by the host.
3. Open Graph: title, description, type, URL, site name, locale and a real social image with dimensions/alt. Twitter card, title, description and image/alt are present.
4. Sitemap: exactly the 150 content HTML routes, using the production canonical origin; no missing files or 404 entry.
5. JSON-LD: valid JSON blocks; current visible page metadata/actions reflected in per-page and aggregate exports. Stable organization IDs and existing graph relationships preserved.
6. Links and resources: local files and anchors resolve; every registered primary action and downloadable worksheet resolves.
7. Structure: one H1 per document, unique IDs, named controls, and section purpose/action coverage. Headings and their content remain available without JavaScript.
8. Interaction regression tests: hero choices, themes, motion preferences, mobile navigation, screenshot carousels and checklist export behavior.
9. No new tracking, credentials, fabricated success receipts or payment activation logic.
10. Archive integrity test before publishing or handoff.

`.htaccess` is included as a minimal static Apache baseline (DirectoryIndex and 404 document only). Sites hosting does not execute it. Preserve and merge production-specific API routing, security and billing directives; this static source does not contain or replace the live billing backend. An Apache production rollout requires testing its actual host configuration.

The automated runner is `tests/design-system.py`. A passing result must not be reported as a full audit of live external links, authentic business claims, browser behavior at every viewport, rich-result eligibility, legal compliance or payment fulfillment.
