What we collect, sell, and share.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, the CPRA defines "sale" and "sharing" more broadly than cash transactions. When we use analytics and advertising tools that transmit data to third parties who may use it for their own purposes, that can be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the law — even if no money changes hands.

What happens after you submit

  • Immediate acknowledgement. You'll see a confirmation on this page and receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • Processing within 15 business days. We add your identifiers to our suppression list and notify downstream processors within the timeline required by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.130(a)(2).
  • Effective immediately. From the moment we process your request, we stop new sales and shares of your personal information. Opt-out requests are not retroactive, but they are durable — we don't require re-submission.
  • No account required. You do not need to log in, create an account, or provide ID for an opt-out request.

03 / Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal.

Under the CPRA, businesses that sell or share personal information must honor opt-out preference signals sent by browsers and browser extensions — including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). We do.

If your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically:

  • Deny ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization consent signals in Google Consent Mode v2.
  • Deny analytics_storage for sessions originating from your browser.
  • Skip setting new advertising and analytics cookies on your device.
  • Add a session-level suppression flag so the choice persists across page loads.

To enable GPC, install a browser extension that supports it — for example, the GPC reference implementation — or use a browser such as Firefox, Brave, or DuckDuckGo that supports GPC natively. You can verify whether your browser is sending a GPC signal at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Submitting the form above overrides any prior consent you may have given on this site and applies to all future visits from the same browser profile.

04 / Authorized agents

Submitting on behalf of someone else.

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. Consistent with Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.135(c), when an authorized agent submits a request through this page, we may follow up to ask for either:

  • Written permission signed by the consumer authorizing the agent to act on their behalf, or
  • Proof that the agent holds power of attorney under Cal. Prob. Code §§ 4000–4465, or
  • Verification that the agent is registered with the California Secretary of State as a person authorized to submit opt-out requests.

We will not require the consumer to verify their own identity for an opt-out request, but we may need to confirm the agent's authority before processing. Enter the agent's email address in the "Authorized agent email" field above if you are submitting as an agent.
