Operational Costs
If there are no monthly fees, what do I pay?
You pay a one-time engineering fee to HGM for the setup and code transfer. After that, you pay Google Cloud directly for the server usage. For most clients (under 50k contacts), this is approximately $40–$80 per month. You pay the raw utility cost, not a marked-up SaaS subscription.
What about maintenance and updates?
The system is built to be self-sustaining. However, if you want new features or major updates in the future, we offer purely optional "Engineering Sprints" on a retainer basis. You are never forced to upgrade to keep the system running.
Do I really own the code?
Yes. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to modify, host, and use the source code for your business. You cannot resell it as your own SaaS, but you own your instance completely.
