Governance / How we handle your data
Data Governance Policy.
What we collect, where it lives, who can see it, and the terms for using our products. Written plainly, kept current. Last updated October 9, 2026.
Scope
What this coversOne policy for our products.
This policy governs how Holistic Growth Marketing LLC ("HGM", "we") collects, uses, stores, and protects data across our products, starting with SearchGraph, which is currently in beta. It will extend to other Graph Series products as they launch.
By using SearchGraph, you agree to this policy and to the use terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Infrastructure
Where the product runsBuilt and hosted on ChatGPT Sites.
SearchGraph is built and hosted on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. The data described in this policy lives on that infrastructure.
Sign-in
How you access the productOfficial Google sign-in. Nothing else.
Access to SearchGraph is through the official Google sign-in flow (OAuth). There is no separate HGM password to create, remember, or lose.
When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information you approve sharing — typically your name and email address — which becomes your account identity. We never receive, see, or store your Google password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google.
If you revoke Google's access to SearchGraph, you will lose access to the product until you sign in again.
Collection
What we collectThree kinds of data. Nothing hidden.
We collect only what the product needs to work:
Account data. Your name and email address, received via Google sign-in, plus your product settings and preferences.
Crawl data. The URLs you submit for analysis and the page content fetched to perform that analysis — the raw material SearchGraph works on.
Usage data. How you use the product (pages analyzed, features used, errors encountered), used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We do not collect payment card details on our own systems — checkout, where offered, is handled by our payment provider.
Use
How we use itTo run the product. Nothing else.
We use your data to provide, maintain, secure, and improve SearchGraph — and for no other purpose.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your crawl data or account data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to operate the service on the infrastructure described above. We do not use one customer's data to serve another customer.
Access
Who can see itLimited to the people who run the service.
Access to your data is limited to HGM personnel who need it to operate, support, and secure the product. We do not grant access for marketing, resale, or unrelated purposes.
Retention & deletion
How long we keep itKept while you use the product. Deleted on request.
We retain your account data and crawl history only as long as needed to provide the service.
You may request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account data and crawl history at any time by emailing jason@holisticgrowthmarketing.com. We will confirm once the request is complete.
Your rights
California residentsAccess, correction, deletion.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, and to request its deletion, under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA.
Exercise these rights by emailing jason@holisticgrowthmarketing.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Beta terms
SearchGraph is in betaBeta means beta.
SearchGraph is currently in beta. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be limited, or be removed as the product develops. We do not guarantee uptime or specific results during the beta period.
Trial access — including founding-tester trials — is granted under the terms communicated in your invitation. Trial terms do not create an ongoing subscription unless you explicitly start one.
Acceptable use
The rulesUse it fairly, use it lawfully.
By using SearchGraph you agree to:
Analyze only sites you own or are authorized to analyze. Do not abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, circumvent access controls, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Do not misrepresent the product's outputs as guarantees of rankings or results.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with or without notice for serious abuse.
Changes
Keeping this currentThis policy will evolve with the product.
We will update this page when our data practices change. Material changes will be noted with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the product after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
