Read the project status before the headline
A live product, staged migration, and unfinished client workflow establish different things. Each record should explain the original constraint, scope, implementation, and current status. Client names and identifying details require permission. An educational diagram or a code fragment can explain an approach without proving that a production deployment achieved a particular result.
- ✓ Look for the deployment state and measurement period.
- ✓ Separate technical output from commercial impact.
Evaluate outcomes against a baseline
A useful results claim identifies the source, calculation, period, and relevant conditions. Changes in traffic or conversion can reflect several influences, so avoid attributing them to one release without supporting analysis. Where the source record is incomplete or conflicting, HGM should retain a project summary and withhold quantitative claims until the evidence is reviewed.
- ✓ Require source artifacts for percentages and before-and-after scores.
- ✓ Document what was observed and what remains inferred.
Use the record to assess fit
A project can reveal how HGM approaches architecture, integration, and governance even when no performance result is published. Explore the SchemaGraph build record, the HGM site-rebuild method, and the Chimcare validation record according to their stated limits. Discuss a similar challenge with its own constraints rather than assuming another project’s outcome will repeat.
- ✓ Bring a sample workflow or affected page to the discussion.
- ✓ Ask which parts of the previous approach apply to your environment.
