Define the workflow first
An integrated operation needs shared definitions for contacts, accounts, signals, opportunities, and activities. The planning question is which handoffs benefit from connected context and which systems should remain responsible for the underlying record. Adding an orchestration layer without that ownership can create duplicate tasks and inconsistent versions of the same relationship.

Knowing that a lead matches a criterion does not authorize contacting that person or changing an external account. Any future workflow needs permissions, review rules, and an observable record of actions. Source data, consent where required, suppression, and platform constraints belong in the design before automation can be evaluated responsibly.

HGM can discuss scoped CRM integrations and custom workflows today without representing this roadmap entry as an available app. Register an operational problem to inform future planning. Release timing, pricing, supported connections, and product boundaries are uncommitted; a future offer should define them before any access or payment is requested.
